Mats Rossley

Mats is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (B.Sc.Kin) from the University of New Brunswick and a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. With a strong foundation in both movement science and osteopathic principles, he brings a whole-person approach to care
– one that recognizes the deep connection between physical and emotional health.

Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on form of manual therapy that focuses on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and encouraging the body’s innate ability to self-regulate and heal. It uses a combination of soft tissue work and joint mobilization, supporting individuals experiencing a wide range of physical symptoms.

Physical health and mental health are strongly connected, and chronic stress, anxiety, and trauma often manifest in the body – through headaches, digestive issues, poor sleep, or chronic muscle tension. Osteopathic treatment can help calm the nervous system, regulate the stress response, and bring the body into a state of greater ease.
