From a young age, I have had an innate desire to help others. That natural pull toward connection led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in psychology at St. Thomas University, from which I graduated in 2013. I am now embarking on the practicum portion of my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree with Yorkville University at Marcescence Counselling Inc.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and start to make sense of what you are carrying. I take a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, pulling tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy to build on your strengths and take practical steps toward feeling more grounded and in control. If you are feeling stretched thin, questioning your identity, or need a space to exhale, I am here to hold space for you. As a client, I believe that you are the sailor of your own ship, and I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
In my free time, you can find me lost in a book, exploring nature, spending quality time with my family, or at the beach with my feet in the sand.
I’m currently accepting new clients, and I offer both virtual and in-person appointments. Please feel free to reach out to admin@mciwellness.com for any questions or to schedule an intake appointment!
